Privacy Policy — Qui Ambassador
The Qui Ambassador mobile application (the “App”) is a workforce tool operated by Qui Tequila (Ahwak LLC) (“we”, “us”) for its authorized brand ambassadors. This policy explains what information the App collects, why, and what your choices are. The App is not a consumer product: it is available only to ambassadors and applicants approved by our team.
Information we collect

The App does not collect advertising identifiers, does not include analytics or advertising software, and does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
How your information is used
- Operating the ambassador program: scheduling, work verification, compensation, materials fulfillment, and support.
- Sending you notifications you can manage in the App (shift reminders, schedule changes, pay updates), by in-app inbox and email.
- Meeting our legal obligations as an employer, including payroll and record-keeping.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing.
Who can see your information
- Our team. Program administrators see your work records, requests, and contact details to run the program.
- Service providers. We store and process data using Google Cloud services (Firebase Authentication, Google Cloud Run, Google Sheets and Drive within our private Google Workspace). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments; they do not use it for their own purposes.
- Payroll. Hours and pay figures are shared with our payroll processor to pay you.
- Legal. We may disclose information when required by law.
Security & retention
Data moves between the App and our servers over encrypted connections (TLS). Access to ambassador data is limited to authorized administrators. We keep work and pay records for as long as needed to run the program and to meet employment, tax, and legal record-keeping requirements, then delete or anonymize them.
Your choices & rights
- Account deletion. You can request deletion of your account directly in the App (Account → request deletion) or by contacting us. We action deletion requests within 30 days, keeping only what employment and tax law requires us to retain.
- Location. Location is requested only when you start or end a tasting. You can decline in your device settings; note that location verification is part of how tastings are validated.
- Notifications. Most notification types can be turned off in the App’s notification settings. Notices about money and attendance are always delivered.
- Access & correction. You can view your profile, schedule, and earnings in the App, and ask us to correct anything that looks wrong — including through the App’s pay-question feature.
- Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Contact us to exercise them; we will not disadvantage you for doing so.
Children
The App is a workplace tool for the alcohol beverage industry. It is intended only for adults aged 21 or over, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
Changes
If we materially change this policy, we will update this page and notify active ambassadors through the App or by email before the change takes effect.
